Common Issues and Queries

Q. When will I receive my order:
A. On an average, we dispatch all orders within 48 hours. It takes another 4-5 days for order to be delivered.

Q. I need my order to be delivered early.
A. Please mail us at [email protected], we will do what is in our power.

Q. Its been 8-10 days I have not received my order.
A. Please mail us your order id at [email protected], we will look in to it asap. (Please note that as logistics are handled by third party logistics, it might take us a day to resolve the query)

Q. I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking id
A. We are still trying to resolve this mailing issue. You can mail us for the tracking information, we will check and get back to you. If still you do not receive the order within 8-10 days, do mail us at [email protected].

Q. Received a broken/ Wrong / Defective Product
A. Please mail us with the photos and order no. at [email protected]. We will help you with replacement/refund asap.

NOTE: Incase of damaged/delivery of wrong product–

We recommend you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order.

Unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the parcel inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue ,and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!

An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product.

The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.
