Virtual OPD Consent & Acknowledgement

1. VOPD is a structured online consultation system involving registration, form submission and personalised audio guidance from Dr BRC, followed by one-month monitoring via the GRAD App.
2. Treatment guidance is based primarily on symptoms and patient experience. Unnecessary reports or diagnostic tests are discouraged and may not be reviewed.
3. All queries must be submitted through the GRAD app calls/WhatsApp are not permitted.
4. Emergency contact is for genuine emergencies only.

1. VOPD एक सुव्यवस्थित ऑनलाइन परामर्श प्रणाली है, जिसमें पंजीकरण, विवरण जमा करना, डॉ. बीआरसी द्वारा ऑडियो मार्गदर्शन तथा GRAD App के माध्यम से एक माह की निगरानी शामिल है।
2. उपचार मुख्यतः लक्षणों एवं रोगी के अनुभव के आधार पर किया जाता है। अनावश्यक रिपोर्टों या जाँचों को प्रोत्साहित नहीं किया जाता तथा उन पर विचार किया जाना आवश्यक नहीं है।
3. सभी प्रश्न केवल GRAD App के माध्यम से स्वीकार किए जाते हैं कॉल/व्हाट्सऐप मान्य नहीं हैं।
4. Emergency संपर्क केवल वास्तविक emergency हेतु है।
