Biswaroop.com will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 24 hours from the receipt of original order.

Items must be returned with all H.E.F tags still attached and proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO GET REFUND

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Kindly email us at [email protected] with your order & bank details and the same will be initiated and refunded with in 15-18 business days.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Incase of damaged/delivery of wrong product–

  • We recommend you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on and stop the video once you are satisfied with your order.
  • Unboxing video should start from the part you are opening the parcel inspecting your order, show in the video if there is any issue ,and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
  • An unboxing video is compulsory to be eligible for exchange of the product.
  • The defect must be visible in the unboxing video.

Dynamic Memory Private Ltd does not offer refunds once services are provided. Cancellations are allowed only before service commencement, with potential fees. Payments are non-transferable.
