Recipe Hunza Tea (Serve four)

Take 4 cups of filtered water in tea pan

Put 12 mint leaves (पुदीना )

8 basil leaves (तुलसी )

4 green cardamoms (हरी इलायची )

2 gm cinnamon (दालचीनी )

20 gm Jiggery (गुड़ )

Boil and simmer for 5-7 mins

Add lemon juice to taste and serve
