Dashmoola (also spelled Dashamoola) is one of the most revered herbal groups in Ayurveda. The name is derived from “Dasha” (ten) and “Moola” (roots), referring to a potent combination of roots from five large trees (Mahat Panchamoola) and five smaller shrubs (Laghu Panchamoola).
